M\/V \u201cAtlantic Runner\u201d will enter our service ahead of schedule on September 1, 2008 in Baltimore.<\/p>\n<p>The vessel, Mark 3 Astrakhan type multi-purpose tween-decker with quarter stern ramp, 17510 t deadweight, 1992 built, Malta flag is the latest upgrade of Mark 3 Astrakhan type vessel, the same as M\/V \u201cAtlantic Impala\u201d and M\/V \u201cAtlantic Navigator currently in our service. These vessels are extremely flexible and are fitted to be able to carry all manner of bulk commodities, break-bulk, rolling stock, special project cargo, containers, forest products, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, hazardous\/IMO cargo.<\/p>\n<p>With this latest addition to our fleet, we look forward to servicing you with 3 ships in total on our route between Canada, EC USA and South Africa and provide better flexibility and improved frequency.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In response to the increased requirement for space, CSAL is pleased to announce a new addition to our fleet.
